Our authentic, Punjabi-style, cuisine is meticulously prepared by the most talented Indian chefs in the UK and our unique combinations of food are certain to enchant even the most sophisticated palates all at a great price.

Our quest to deliver the highest quality Indian food, we leave nothing to chance. Rather than compromising on flavour, we use only the freshest ingredients and the finest herbs and spices available. Our extensive menus have been created to cater for all tastes, occasions and budgets.
Behind every great restaurant, there’s always an exceptional chef and in this case there is two! Manish & Sanjeev have come together to bring their 30 plus years of 5 star experience to Manchester.
Manish began his career in the vibrant city of Agra – home to the world famous Taj Mahal – where he worked alongside some of India’s most respected chefs at the renowned Oberoi Hotel Group. After leaving Agra, he then moved to Chandigarh, which is widely regarded as one of India’s most cosmopolitan and progressive cities.
Having gained a growing reputation as an innovative and talented chef, it wasn’t long before Manish landed a dream position in Shanghai, at China’s five star Jin Jang Hotel, where his unique gift was appreciated by some of the world’s most discerning clientele. Then in 2001 he moved to the UK where he worked for almost 10 years in a number of high profile restaurants in London and the midlands.
